Passing Through, a poetry chapbook by Gizela Madrigal González, was letterpress printed by Martha Chiplis on a Vandercook Universal 1 in Berwyn, Illinois, USA, over several months in 2020-2021.

Lettering and illustrations were created by Chiara Montinola, who also painted the endsheets, which were scanned into Adobe Photoshop and letterpress printed in Pantone Yellow.

Interior book design by Chiplis, type digitally set in 11 point Bulmer, printed in Royal Blue ink on Rives Heavyweight white, a paper made in France. Printed from photopolymer plates made by Boxcar Press in Syracuse, New York.

Marianna Brotherton designed and executed the binding. The book is covered in Royal Blue Brillianta book cloth with title and spine labels letterpress printed by Chiplis. The books were hand bound in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Printed and bound in an edition of 150.
